• ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพสีเท่านั้น ที่ถ่ายจากกล้องโทรศัพท์มือถือหรือกล้องดิจิตอล ขนาดไฟล์ภาพไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 MB และมีความละเอียดของภาพไม่ต่ำกว่า 300 DPI
  Photographs must meet the following specifications:
  - Original pixel size (unless cropped). Do not scale and do not change the resolution.
  - Photo submission must be in Tiff or JPEG formats, 5 megabytes or larger, and the resolution must be from 300dpi.
  - Submissions should not have any visible watermarks, signatures, or personally identifiable information.
  - Only color photographs will be accepted for the contest.

• ผู้มีสิทธิ์ส่งภาพเข้าประกวด ประชาชนทั่วไป สัญชาติไทย ไม่จํากัดเพศ และ อายุ
  Contestants must be Thai nationality regardless of age and gender.
• ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นภาพถ่ายในรูปแบบดิจิตอลที่ตรงตามหัวข้อและคอนเซปต์ที่ระบุไว้เท่านั้น
  Photos must be submitted in digital format and subject to the relevant concept of the contest.
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถส่งภาพถ่ายเข้ามาได้ไม่เกินคนละ 10 ภาพ รูปภาพที่ส่งแล้วถือว่าเป็นการยื่นครั้งสุดท้ายและไม่อนุญาติให้ปรับเปลี่ยน แก้ไข หรือเปลี่ยนรูปได้
  Individual contestants may submit no more than ten photos. Once a photograph is submitted, it is considered a final submission and may not be modified, edited, or replaced.
• ไฟล์ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดแต่ละภาพต้องระบุลำดับภาพ 01 ไปจนถึง 10 กรณีส่งมากกว่า 1 ภาพตามด้วยชื่อโรงแรมบีทู ดังนี้ “ลำดับภาพที่_ชื่อโรงแรมบีทู” เช่น 01_B2Mahidol, 02_B2Mahidol, 03_B2KhonKaen เป็นต้น
  Each photo must be specified a file name as follow “Number of photo_Name of a B2 Hotel”. If submitting more than one photo, should add number of photos from 01 to 10, for example; 01_B2Mahidol, 02_B2Mahidol, 03_B2KhonKaen,...etc.
• ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพสีตามจริง เป็นธรรมชาติเหมือนภาพถ่ายปกติ แต่สามารถปรับ Shadow, Highlight Color Balance, Contrast หรืออาจลบสิ่งรบกวนในภาพได้เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น ห้ามปรับแต่งโดยการตัดต่อภาพแล้วสร้างขึ้นใหม่ ทั้งนี้ให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการเป็นผู้ตัดสิน
  The submitted photograph must be an original digital photograph and cannot be significantly retouched: nothing in the photograph (people, animals, scenery, objects, etc.) may be altered, removed, augmented or rearranged. Cropped photos, or only a little color adjustment on Shadow, Highlight Color Balance, Contrast are permitted, as is modest darkening or lightening of parts of the image. B2 Hotels and GPCM Group (“Contest Sponsors”) reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to verify in the final analysis.
• ภาพถ่ายจะต้องไม่มีลายน้ำ ลายเซ็นต์ ตัวหนังสือหรือกราฟฟิคใดๆบนภาพถ่าย รวมถึงห้ามมีขอบภาพเป็นสีขาวหรือสีใดบนรูปถ่าย
  Submissions should not have any visible watermarks, signatures or personally identifiable information, word, graphic or any picture frame colors.
• ภาพถ่ายจะต้องไม่มีเนื้อหาที่พาดพิงถึงความขัดแย้งทางการเมือง ศาสนา แสดงความลบหลู่ หรือมีเนื้อหาที่ส่อไปในแนวทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม
  Submissions must not contain political or religious conflict, obscenity, explicit sexual material, nudity, profanity, graphic violence, calls or incitement to violence, commercial solicitation or commercial promotion. Submissions must not contain images that could be calumnious, appropriate, considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to any of the Contest Sponsors, or to any groups, individuals or institutions. Submissions must adhere both in appearance and in fact to the norms of civil discourse. In other words, the content of all submissions must be suitable for a global, public audience.
• ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดต้องเก็บรักษาไฟล์ภาพต้นฉบับไว้ ในกรณีที่คณะกรรมการตัดสินมีข้อสงสัยสามารถเรียกให้ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดแสดงภาพต้นฉบับได้
  In the case where the judges are in doubt, the contestant will be asked to submit an original or unedited digital file at the time of request.
• ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดจะต้องเป็นผู้ถ่ายภาพด้วยตนเอง ห้ามมิให้นำผลงานของผู้อื่นส่งเข้าประกวด และห้ามมิให้ส่งผลงานในนามผู้อื่น หากตรวจพบว่าผู้ส่งภาพทำผิดกติกาจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์รางวัลที่ได้รับ และผู้ส่งภาพจะต้องรับผิดชอบหากผลงานนั้นละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น
  The submitted photograph must be taken by the contestant. By submitting photos on others behalf is not permit. Failure to obtain such rights, license consents, and permissions may result in the disqualification of the photo submission at the Contest Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion.
• ผู้จัดโครงการประกวดฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ที่เจ้าของผลงานมีสัญญาผูกพันต่อบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใดๆ ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในกรณีนี้เอง
  Contest Sponsors shall in no way be held liable for any such legal action that results from the submission of unlawful, intellectual property rights violation or stolen submissions.
• ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดใดๆ มาก่อนไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวดในเวที่สาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กรอื่นใด ทั้งนี้ภาพถ่ายดังกล่าวหมายความรวมถึงภาพถ่ายที่ถ่ายในองค์ประกอบใกล้เคียงกัน เช่น การถ่ายภาพในครั้งเดียวกันหลายภาพ การเปลี่ยนองค์ประกอบของภาพเพียงเล็กน้อย การคร๊อปภาพใหม่หรือถ่ายในองค์ประกอบเดียวกันกับผู้อื่นที่เคยได้รับรางวัลมาแล้ว ทั้งนี้ให้ถือเป็นดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน
  The Photographs that have won other photo contests, either online or in print, as determined by the Contest Sponsors, are not eligible for submission. The Contest Sponsors will determine winners’ eligibility in its sole discretion.
• ภาพถ่ายที่ได้รับรางวัล ภาพถ่ายและต้นฉบับ จะตกเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้จัดโครงการประกวดฯ ตลอดจน สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ส่งภาพถ่ายที่เข้าร่วมประกวดรวมทั้งไฟล์ต้นฉบับคืนให้แก่ผู้ส่งเข้าประกวด และผู้จัดโครงการประกวดฯ มีสิทธิ์นําภาพถ่ายที่เข้าร่วมการประกวดครั้งนี้ไปแสดงและเผยแพร่ รวมทั้งพิมพ์หรือทําซ้ำ เพื่อใช้ในกิจการของผู้จัดโครงการฯได้โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตและไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนแก่เจ้าของภาพ (โดยผู้ส่งภาพถ่ายเข้าประกวดมีสิทธิ์ตามพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์พ.ศ.2537 มาตรา 18 คือ มีสิทธิที่จะแสดงตนว่าเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์งาน และมีสิทธิที่จะห้ามมิให้ผู้รับโอนลิขสิทธิ์หรือบุคคลอื่นใด บิดเบือน ตัดทอน ดัดแปลงหรือทําโดยประการอื่นใด แก่งานนั้นจนเกิดความเสียหายแก่ชื่อเสียงหรือเกียรติคุณของผู้สร้างสรรค์)
  The submission remains the intellectual property of the contestant, and the Contest Sponsors. Contestant specifically agrees to give the Contest Sponsors permission to use all content submitted for purposes of judging the contest. Finalists and/or winners will be required to grant Contest Sponsors, with proper attribution through whatever means they deem appropriate, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and/or display the submission in any media formats and through any media channels. (Contestants retain sole ownership of their original work and the right against Copyright Act BE 2537, Sector 18 to claim that he/she is the creator of the photos and prohibit the transferee of copyright or other person from distorting, altering, modifying or otherwise doing any work therein to damage the reputation or honor of the creator)
• ผู้จัดโครงการประกวดฯ มีสิทธิ์คัดเลือกภาพถ่ายทุกภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดเพื่อนําไปในการทำการตลาดต่างๆ หรือจัดแสดงในที่ต่างๆ รวมถึงสื่อต่างๆ ของเครือโรงแรมบีทู โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์ภาพให้ผู้ถ่าย แต่ลิขสิทธิ์ของภาพทุกภาพยังคงเป็นของผู้ถ่ายภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์
  By entering this contest, contestants agree that the photos you submit may be used on B2 Hotel websites, social media sites, B2 Hotels’ events and publications … etc., for either commercial or non-commercial purposes. Contestants grant Contest Sponsors the license to use their submissions connected with the challenge, including but not limited to post-promotion publicity and the opportunity to offer the photos to the media at any time without paying for the use. In such cases, credit will be explicitly given to you as the owner of the submission.
• ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทใดๆ เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินรายการ ผลการจับรางวัล กติการและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมการประกวดนี้ คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
  In the event of any dispute regarding the results of the contest, prizes, Contest Requirements or any other matters relating to the contest, the decision of Contest Sponsors shall be final.
• บุคคลที่ยื่นประกวดจะถือว่าเป็นผู้เข้าประกวดและจะเป็นบุคคลเดียวที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าชิงรางวัล องค์กร หน่วยงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนิติบุคคลหรือโดยการเป็นตัวแทนของแต่ละบุคคล ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมการประกวดนี้เพื่อที่จะได้รับรางวัล ทั้งนี้ผู้เข้าประกวดต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
  The individual submitting the entry will be considered the contestant and will be the only individual eligible to compete for the prize. Organizations are not eligible to compete for the prize, either as an entity, or through representation by an individual. In order to be eligible for the prize, the contestant must provide complete and accurate information.
• คณะกรรมการ, พนักงานในเครือโรงแรมบีทู, พนักงงานบริษัท จีพีซีเอ็ม กรุ๊ป, และรวมถึงสมาชิกในครอบครัวของพนักงาน หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลการตัดสินทุกท่านไม่มีสิทธิ์ส่งภาพถ่ายเข้าร่วมประกวด
  The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the contest: Employees of Contest Sponsors, or any employees, or officers of or entities involved in the administration, advertising, judging, creation, development, execution, and/or fulfillment of this contest, and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, recognized partner, parent, child, sibling, and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same household of each such individual.
• ผู้จัดการประกวด ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกท่านได้ตกลงยอมรับกติกาและเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมนี้ทุกประการ
  By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest.

Photo entries will be judged based on Conformity to the concept of campaign, creativity, composition, quality, originality, positive of emotions, responsiveness to the prompt and overall impact.
