B2 Gift Room Card Terms and Conditions:
Booking Period: 3 January - 31 December 2017
Staying period: 3 January - 31 December 2017, excluding event dates and bank holidays such as New Year period (29 - 31 December 2017), and Song Kran Festival period (12 - 16 April 2017).
Each B2 Gift Room Card costs 5,502 baht (unlimited number of card purchasing per person). Only accept payment by money transfer and credit card.
Each B2 Gift Room Card can be used to stay at any B2 Hotels for 10 nights and plus 1-night stay at B2 Pai Premier Resort Hotel.
The card is subject to availability for only Superior Room and Superior Garden View Room (exclude breakfast, maximum stay for 2 persons) and extra person charges may apply.
Each B2 Gift Room Card is valid for only making hotel rooms for the limited amount of room nights loaded on card. The cost of telephone calls, drinks, hotel services, etc. are separate.
The card will be sent to your preferred mailing address within 7 - 14 business days after purchasing. When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.
Any accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card issued for a package of accommodation, must be made directly through the B2 Call Center at least 7 days in advance.
The company reserved the right to make a reservation via B2 Call Center to those who purchased and received B2 Gift Room Card only.
The gift card must be presented upon check-in at the hotel prior to any services being used. The hotel may not accept your accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card if the cad cannot be presented upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked.
Additional charge of 40% will be incurred if the room rate during the stay period is start from 1,000 baht per room night.
The B2 Gift Room Card cannot be used to upgrade the room.
In case of any accommodation reservation made directly at a B2 Hotel involving a B2 Gift Room Card, the remaining room balance on the card can be redeemed for accommodation subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel.
Any accommodation reservation relating to a B2 Gift Room Card is non-cancellable, non-refundable, cannot be amended and redeemed for cash.
The use of a B2 Gift Room Card is not eligible to redeem for Rewards Point on I AM B2 Card.
The remaining room balance on the card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
GPCM Group reserves the right not to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of B2 Gift Room Cards. The cards are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and are void if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
Each B2 Gift Room Card is loaded with set amount of room nights for a specified room type which can be used for multiple purchases for as long as there are amount of room night remains on the card at any B2 Boutique and Budget Hotel you wish to stay card and may not be combined with other select promotions, offers discounts, or preceding reservation.
