GPCM Group Co., Ltd. (“GPCM” or “we”), which is the brand owner and the executive management of B2 Boutique and Budget Hotel Group (“B2 Hotels” or the “Hotels”). Your privacy is important to us. So we have developed a Privacy Policy that covers haw we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information and otherwise process personally identifiable information that we collect about individuals (“Personal Information”) in connection with the services available from GPCM through the website located at www.b2hotel.com (“Website”). References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications when visiting the Website.
In order to operate the Website service and to reduce the risk of fraud, we must ask you to provide us information about yourself and your credit card and/or bank account. We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. - Required Information
To make any Hotels or other Travel Services reservation on the Website or register I am B2 Member account, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. In order to make payments through the Website, you must provide credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank account information. This required information is necessary for us to process transactions, issue a new Password if you forget or lose your Password, protect you against credit card fraud and bank account fraud, and to contact you should the need arise in administering your account. - Transaction Information
By making any transaction, we ask you to provide information related to each transaction, including the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction (purchase of goods, purchase of services, or simple money transfer and the e-mail address of the third party. We retain this information for each of your transactions through the Website. We also collect the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or device you use to access your account, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions. - Information about you from third parties
In order to protect all our customers against potential fraud, we verify with third parties the information you provide. - Additional Verification

Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information of a child under 13 without first receiving verifiable parental consent we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use the accommodation reservation services on our Website. Minors can normally accompany their parent(s) or legal custodian who has booked an accommodation, except where indicated otherwise in the hotel policies.
Language
This Privacy Policy has originally been drawn up in the Thai language. Translations in other languages are available for your convenience. In case of conflict between the Thai language version and a translated version, the Thai language version shall prevail.
