Official Announcement on the Discontinuation of the B2 Wallet Application

Dear Valued B2 Wallet Customers and B2 Hotel Guests,

GPCM Group Co., Ltd. would like to inform all customers and service users that the Company will officially discontinue the B2 Wallet application, an electronic wallet system that has been continuously provided to our customers. The service will formally come to an end on December 15, 2025.

This discontinuation is part of the Company’s strategic initiative to enhance and further develop its service systems in order to elevate standards in technology, security, and service efficiency. The objective is to better accommodate new service formats and benefits that are designed to meet customer needs more comprehensively and sustainably in the long term.

Terms and Conditions for Refund Requests

To ensure that the refund process is carried out accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements, the Company would like to outline the following key terms and conditions:

  1. Customers are required to submit a copy of their national identification card along with a copy of their bank passbook (front page) for verification and refund processing purposes.
  2. Refund transfers will be processed by 2C2P Plus (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the e-Wallet system service provider, and the refunded amount will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.
  4. In the event that a refund request is not submitted within the specified period, effective April 1, 2026, the Company will impose an account maintenance fee of THB 50 per month, which will be automatically deducted from the remaining balance until the balance is fully depleted.
