Beginning September 15, 2025, registration for new customers and top-up services will no longer be available. Valued customers with remaining balances may continue to use their e-money to pay for rooms and services at all B2 Hotels until December 14, 2025.
The B2 Wallet service will officially be discontinued on December 15, 2025 to enhance and develop our new service system covering membership, point accumulation, and exclusive rewards redemption, providing our guests with a more convenient, valuable, and memorable stay experience.We sincerely thank you for your trust and continued support, and we remain committed to providing you with seamless and enjoyable experiences during your stay with us.
To ensure that our customers are fully prepared, please find the termination schedule below:

| September 15, 2025 | Closing of new customer registration for B2 Wallet and suspension of top-up transactions. |
| September 15 – December 14, 2025 | Customers with remaining balances in their B2 Wallet may continue to use the service for payments of B2 Hotel products and services until December 14, 2025. |
| December 15, 2025 | Complete termination of B2 Wallet services. |
| December 16, 2025 – January 7, 2026 | Automatic refunds will be processed via the PromptPay account linked to your national ID card. Customers who do not have a PromptPay account linked to their national ID card but still have a remaining balance in their B2 Wallet may contact our Call Center at 1328 to request a refund. |
