Terms and conditions for receiving prizes
- To claim the prize, the winner must present their ID card to verify their identity.
- Terms and conditions for using a free hotel voucher will be provided to the winner after contacting to receive the prize. The winner must confirm the receipt of the prize within 7 days from the date of the prize announcement, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The company reserves the right to award the prize to the lucky winner who has complete and accurate information within the specified period and the name of the prize recipient must be the same. Otherwise, it will be invalid and the winner will not be eligible for the prize. The company also reserves the right to not award the prize to the lucky winner who cannot be contacted under the company’s criteria and methods.
- The decision of the judges is final in all cases and cannot be challenged by participants.
- All participants are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this event, without any objection.
B2 Hotel VIP Coupon Terms and Conditions
- This free hotel voucher entitles you to one free night’s stay per branch. It can be used at any of the 63 B2 Hotel branches nationwide.
- This voucher can be redeemed for a standard Superior room only, except at B2 Riverside Premier Hotel, where it can be redeemed for a Luxury Room. Upgrades are not permitted.
- This voucher covers only the room rate, excluding food and beverage and other services. You are responsible for paying for all other services and must pay them to the hotel before check-out.
- The recipient of this free hotel voucher is the sole owner of the right to book and stay at any B2 Hotel branch. The voucher holder must make the reservation, and the check-in must match the recipient’s ID card and valid identification. The recipient is not allowed to sell, transfer, exchange, or convert the voucher for cash or other rewards.
- Any other costs incurred in addition to the prize (if any), such as room deposit, will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with receiving the prize and participating in this activity.
Rights of the issuer
- The cardholder must comply with the terms and conditions of use of the card. The company reserves the right to change, add, or modify the terms, benefits, or replacement of the redemption of prizes without prior notice.
- In the event that the cardholder is found to have violated the terms and conditions of use of the card, in any way, this will be considered a breach of contract, which will automatically result in the cancellation of the card’s usage status. The issuer of the card will not be liable for any damages that have occurred or may occur.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash or other prizes.
- If your card is lost, you must contact B2 Customer Service immediately via LINE ID: @b2hotel to block the card. The staff will investigate and issue a new card to you within 7 days.
